This Train-the-Trainer program effectively prepares selected internal facilitators—whom we call Change Ambassadors—to conduct a 4-hour workshop on Change Readiness. Resistance to change is a natural human response, often stemming from a preference for stability and the comfort of established norms and routines. Yet, it may also hold an organisation back in responding to changing realities and conditions—therefore, healthy organisations help people develop themselves into constructive change agents, which is the workshop's ultimate goal.
This workshop has been designed to help your employees—in a fun and engaging way—reflect on anxieties they have towards change. They're offered practical tools and ideas to reframe their notion of change, and brainstorm practical ideas to help overcome change resistance.
The workshop also includes an internal Change Championship Contest, designed to create joy and moments of celebration on the topic of change and change readiness. This allows the organisation to create momentum, and facilitate connections between senior management and employees.
The Masterclass provides Change Ambassadors with a full day of in-depth training, plus everything they need to run the workshop internally with confidence and consistency. This includes:
Trainers-to-be learn the background of what to deliver, practice and rehearse, and receive valuable feedback from a very experienced facilitator. This way, the TTT is not only intended to help you get prepared for your facilitation role, but it's also a very powerful personal learning experience on how to become more effective in engaging with and communicating ideas to groups.
